This is an essential and introductory course in finance. The course covers four main topics: 1. Understanding of basic concept of corporate finance and financial statement analysis; 2. Develop an understanding of the tools that are used to value investment projects and companies; 3. Build a basic concept and measurement of financial risk and return; 4. Introductions of firms’ long-term financing instruments, such as stock, bond and other long- term financing tools. 5. Introduction of efficient capital markets, behavior finance. 6. Finish a financial and investment report in group.
